Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Serenity King. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way, we offer a hassle-free return policy with prepaid shipping (US customers only) to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility:
Products must be in original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and returned to us within 60 days.
Any item made of unpainted brass. Please wear gloves or use a cloth before handling until you are sure you want to keep it. Due to the patina that unpainted brass will develop during handling, we will only accept returns that are unmarked and in original condition.
The following types of items are exempt from returns:
Perishable items such as food, flowers, lip balm, aromatherapy rollers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned.
2. How to initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at Support@SerenityKing.shop.
Provide your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to process your return.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label for return shipping to US customers.
3. Return process for US customers:
Apply the provided prepaid shipping label to the package, ensuring the original packaging is secure and the original shipping label has been removed or covered by the return label.
Drop the package off at the designated shipping location or arrange for a pickup.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it for eligibility and condition.
Return process for customers outside the US:
For any returns initiated outside the US, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds:
Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be issued via the original form of payment within 10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Support@SerenityKing.shop within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and any associated packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund within 14 business days.
6. Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order.
7. Store Credit:
At this time, we are unable to offer store credit.
